ABOUT US
The Kolomiyets family moved from Ukraine in 2000 and planted roots in the Puget Sound. The tight knit, entrepreneurial family started in auto repair and sales before their ventures transitioned to the construction world. Serge, the eldest son, knew he had a knack for general contracting when he purchased his first home, renovated and sold it. He immediately fell in love with the process and teamed up with his father, Niklay, to form Kolo Construction. They began with small renovations, graduated to gut-rehabilitations and their business grew from there. Today, they focus on substantial remodels and multifamily general services.
